What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and business name.
• Answers you give us on a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or on a form on our own site.
• Call recordings and transcripts when you speak with our phone assistant.
• Basic website analytics on our own pages, such as which pages you visit.

How we use it

• To contact you about the website service you asked about.
• To build and host your site.
• To send confirmations and updates by text message and email.

Text messaging

By giving us your phone number, you agree we may send you text messages about your inquiry or your service. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. When you have given that consent on one of our forms, the call or text may be placed by an AI assistant working on our behalf; it will say so, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business: hosting, payments, phone and text delivery, and scheduling. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide the service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing rodolfo@smbuplevel.com.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the new effective date here when we do.
