Who we are

SMB Uplevel LLC is a Michigan company operating in Metro Detroit. Questions about these terms go to rodolfo@smbuplevel.com.

The website service

• We build, host and maintain a website for your business for a monthly fee, billed in advance. The plans and prices are on our websites page.
• You provide the text, photos and business details you want on the site and confirm you have the right to use them.
• You can cancel at any time. The site stays live through the end of the period you have paid for. Monthly fees are not refunded.
• On a monthly plan, we own the site files and hosting. On the one-time "Own it" plan, the site is exported and handed to accounts in your name after the balance is paid.
• Change requests sent by text, email or the site form are made live within 48 hours on business days.

Text messaging terms

When you give SMB Uplevel LLC your mobile number on one of our forms and tick the consent box, or when you text our business number first, you agree to receive text messages from SMB Uplevel LLC about your website request or your website service. These include booking links, appointment confirmations, replies to your questions, and updates about changes to your site.

• Message frequency varies. Most people receive a handful of messages around their request and a few per month while their site is being built or updated.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time and you will receive one final confirmation, then no more messages.
• For help: reply HELP, email hello@smbuplevel.com or call (947) 218-6223.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number and the rest of your information is in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Phone calls

When you tick the consent box on one of our forms, we may call you about your request, including with an automated or AI-assisted call. The call will say when an AI assistant is speaking and you can ask for a person at any time. You can ask us to stop calling by saying so on the call, replying STOP by text, or emailing us.

Limits

We work hard to keep your site online and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search rankings, or any particular business result. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. We will post the new effective date here when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
