Pricing
Simple pricing. Flat monthly. No meters.
Three plans, sized to how much of your operations you want off your plate. Every price on this page is the whole price: no per-minute charges, no per-call charges, no surprise line items when you have a busy month. Traditional answering services bill by the minute, which quietly punishes you for growing. We think that is backwards, so we priced it the other way.
Front Desk
$397/mo + $1,500 one-time setup
The wedge. 24/7 AI answering and appointment booking, missed-call text back within minutes, SMS confirmations to your customers, and a monthly call report you can read in five minutes.
Growth
$597/mo + $2,500 one-time setup
Everything in Front Desk, plus instant response to every lead source, estimate follow-up that chases open quotes until they answer, and the review engine working every completed job.
Full Ops
$1,197/mo + $4,500 one-time setup
Everything in Growth, plus website chat, call intelligence with a monthly coaching report, quarterly database reactivation campaigns, and a priority line straight to the operator.
Standard on every plan
What every plan includes.
- Flat monthly rate. No per-minute or per-call charges, ever.
- Every call recorded and transcribed. Read any conversation, anytime.
- A monthly report in plain English, not a dashboard to learn.
- The 95% answer-rate guarantee, in writing, across your first 60 days.
- Your number and your data leave with you if you ever go.
And what the setup fee buys: your intake session, an agent trained on your services and rules, call forwarding and calendar wiring, test calls until it is right, and a shakedown period where we listen to early recordings and tighten the script. By the time it goes live, it already sounds like it works for you. Because it does.
Add-on modules.
Any plan can bolt on extra systems, each priced between $147 and $297 per month depending on scope:
- Always-on database reactivation
- Seasonal campaign engine
- Maintenance-membership builder
- Review replies and negative-review interception
- Bilingual English and Spanish answering
We quote the exact module price on your scoping call, once we know your volume and setup.
Not sure which plan?
Start with the assessment. It turns into your setup fee.
The AI Operations Assessment is $999. We map how your business actually runs and hand you a ranked automation roadmap with dollar math. If you move forward with any plan, the full $999 is credited toward your setup fee. If you do not, you keep a plan worth having. Prefer to start at zero? The free audit shows you the leak first.
Pricing questions
Asked before, answered straight.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because setup is real work, not a toll. It covers your intake session, training your agent on your services and rules, wiring your call forwarding and calendar, test calls until it is right, and a shakedown period where we tighten the script from real recordings. When it goes live, it already works for your business.
What happens if my call volume grows?
Good news, first of all. Plans are sized to typical volume for a small service business, and if yours outgrows the fit, we will right-size the plan together with the call data in front of us. What never changes: your rate stays flat for the plan you are on. No per-minute meters, no surprise overage bills.
Can I start small and add later?
Yes, and most owners should. Start with Front Desk, let the phones run for a month or two, and read your call reports. The reports usually make the next move obvious: estimate follow-up if quotes are dying, the review engine if the calendar is full but the Google profile is thin. Layer on when the data says so.
Is there a contract?
We walk through terms together on the scoping call, in plain English, before you sign anything. Two things are true on every plan regardless of terms: your phone number is always yours, and your data is always yours. If you ever leave, both leave with you.
